Sizes from 32 to 660 gallons / 120 to 2,500 liters.
All our cheese vats are made of triple stainless steel walls with insulated jackets.
Hot or cold water can circulate through a spray-pipe in the jacket of the vat.
The cheese vat can be delivered as a combination cheese vat / pasteurizer.
A standard cheese vat is delivered with:
– 2-3 Curd cutting knives
– Milk stirrer with baffle for effective stirring
– 2 Stir strips
– Measuring stick
– Speed control
– Automatic speeding up for curd cutting
– Mechanical tipping mechanism
– Special drain valve with 3A certification
– 2 Straight and 2 swivel wheels
– 2 Part lid
