Purchase 3-A Certified Round Cheese Vats

Sizes from 32 to 660 gallons / 120 to 2,500 liters. All our cheese vats are made of triple stainless steel walls with insulated jackets.
Hot or cold water can circulate through a spray-pipe in the jacket of the vat.
The cheese vat can be delivered as a combination cheese vat / pasteurizer.
